employee benefits fields. Our company is committed to

knowledgeable about new products and trends in the industry.
Allison has earned not only a Masters of Business Administration from
the University of Mississippi, but also the Life Underwriters Training
Council Fellow designation within the insurance and benefits field. Not
only is she trained in the mechanics of running a business, she has
also started several of her own including Grogan + Crews, Inc.
After graduate school, Allison worked in economic development for the
State of Mississippi. Her responsibilities ranged from media relations
to recruiting businesses to the state. She was involved in negotiations
between NASA and the State as well as preventing military base
closures. She also assisted Mississippi companies finance their
international trade activities.
In 1997, she was one of Mississippi’s "Top 40 Under 40" business
people. In 1998, she was selected as one of Mississippi’s Top 50 Women
in Business. Allison regularly conducts seminars and luncheons on
current health care and benefits management topics.
At Grogan + Crews Inc., Allison helps businesses design their benefits
plans to fit their employee environment. She also assists business
owners and executives with their insurance needs.
Allison serves on several boards of directors for activities as varied
as building a children’s museum to her local fox hunting club. Much of
her time, too, is spent in the children’s programs at her local church
where she has been a Sunday school teacher as well as responsible for
the vacation bible school program.
She is married to an attorney in Canton, Mississippi, and they have two
sons. She spends her leisure time with her family duck and turkey
hunting, fox hunting, and training horses and retrievers.
Nolen Grogan is married to Julie Grogan has two children, Berkley and Will. They live on their family farm in Canton, Mississippi.
Nolen received his Master of Science degree from the Joint Military Intelligence College’s Defense Intelligence Agency and Bachelor of Science from The University of Mississippi. He is Vice President of Grogan + Crews, Inc., an insurance and benefits firm with clients throughout Mississippi and the southeast.
While working for Pfizer, Inc., Nolen promoted medications to physicians and hospitals in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. He was also the regional training manager for nine states in the southeast. He was ranked in the top ten percent of all representatives in sales throughout his ten years with the company, exceeding his sales quota ten out of ten years.
Nolen also served as a captain in the United States Air Force for ten years. Among his achievements in the military, he was the youngest officer selected for the Master of Science Degree in the Joint Military Intelligence College. He also held the highest security clearance available in the United States Air Force. Nolen served in Turkey and Iraq during Operation Provide Comfort in 1991.
Nolen and his family are actively involved in the community. As a member of First Baptist Church in Canton, he is the director of the kindergarten program. He enjoys farming, travel, and spending time in the outdoors with his family.
Amanda helps Grogan + Crews Inc.’s clients with any service issues that
arise. She not only assists them in understanding the often complex
health care claims environment, she also helps them with routine forms
requests and other needs that arise in managing benefits plans.
